Blackwell Consulting commenced operations in 2001. As founding director, David Blackwell brought in excess of 30 years property consulting and valuation experience to the practice. Blackwell Consulting has focused on providing independent, objective advice to larger commercial and institutional property owners, banking institutions and private individuals.

Blackwell Consulting has maintained a commitment to high service levels, strong client communications and quality advice. This has resulted in the practice growing to include further qualified valuation and consulting staff.

Offices are based in Balmain, Sydney, however the Blackwell Consulting Team undertakes projects throughout Australia and together with instructions covering New Zealand and Singapore based properties. Blackwell Consulting services are applied to four primary areas of expertise;
